  • Why can’t I pick up/ return my bike on a different day?

To give the bike shops enough time to inspect and service the bikes between loans, a few days of turnaround time are needed. Therefore, we have chosen Tuesday as the pickup day and Friday as the return day.

  • What should I do if I get sick, change my mind, or can’t pick up the bike on time?

If you’re unable to pick up your bike as planned, please contact the bike shop where you were supposed to collect it as soon as possible. It is often fine to pick up the bike later than agreed, but your loan period will not be extended.

  • Can I return the bike earlier or later than agreed?

You may return the bike earlier than the agreed time. However, if you will be returning the bike later than planned, you need to contact the bike shop as soon as possible, as a delayed return may affect the next borrower and you may be subjected to pay a fee. If a bike is not returned and we cannot contact the loaner, we will be in contact with the police.

  • What is included when I borrow a bike?

You receive a lock, keys for the bike, the battery and the lock, as well as an alarm box. Information about accessories and how to use the bike will be provided when you pick it up. You are responsible for taking care of these items, otherwise you may be liable to pay a fee.

  • Can I borrow a bike more than once?

No, you may not borrow an e-bike more than once. The idea is to give as many people as possible the opportunity to try borrowing and experience riding an e-bike. We regularly control if people have booked more than once and will remove the booking and your account if we see this

  • Can I pick up a bike on someone else’s behalf?

In some cases, it is allowed to pick up a bike for someone else. You will need to bring both your own ID and the ID of the person who made the booking.

  • What happens if the bike gets stolen?

Our bikes are equipped with double locks and an alarm to reduce the risk of theft or damage. If something still happens, we make an individual assessment. In the event of a theft, the situation will be investigated, and a fee may apply.

  • When do you release new loan periods?

We release new loan periods two months in advance, once a month during the first week of each month, with exceptions for when staff are on leave, sick, or otherwise unavailable.
