Umehoj är ett kostnadsfritt cykelutlåningsprojekt från Umeå kommun i samarbete med det EU-medfinansierade projektet BATS. Målet är att uppmuntra till aktiv mobilitet året runt och göra det enklare att välja cykeln i vardagen.

Vi erbjuder därför el- och vikcyklar för utlåning i perioder på två och en halv vecka, perfekt för dig som vill testa att cykla mer eller utforska ett nytt sätt att ta dig fram! I april kommer vi att pausa utlåningen för att bland annat byta däck på cyklarna. Fler datum kommer i maj.

En bokning per person!

Du får enbart boka en gång så att så många som möjligt ska få chans att testa en elcykel/ vikcykel. Alla tillbehör ska även lämnas tillbaka med cykeln. 

Du som bokar en cykel nu får en gratis cykelhjälm av Umeå kommun! Denna kan du hämta i Stadshusets reception.

Umehoj

Umehoj is a free bicycle-lending initiative from Umeå Municipality, carried out in collaboration with the EU-co-funded project BATS. The goal is to encourage active mobility year-round and make it easier to choose the bicycle in everyday life.

We therefore offer electric bikes and folding bikes for loan periods of two and a half weeks - perfect if you want to try cycling more or explore a new way of getting around! In April, we will pause lending in order to, among other things, change the tires on the bikes. More dates will be available in May.

One booking per person

You may only book once so that as many people as possible get the chance to try an an electric bike. All accessories must also be returned together with the bike.

If you book a bike now, you will receive a free bicycle helmet from Umeå Municipality! You can pick it up at the reception in the City Hall.
